1. Service and operator
Fendeal is a B2B introduction service operated by Dawid Sularz, ul. Matematyków Krakowskich 14, 30-698 Kraków, Poland, NIP 6793163242, REGON 369167990, kontakt@inlead.pl. We connect trade buyers with Polish manufacturers of windows, doors and related products, through manually arranged introductions.
2. Submitting an RFQ
No buyer account is required. An enquiry is free and non-binding and is not a product order. Provide accurate business and project details, dates and delivery information, identify provisional measurements and submit only files you can disclose. The RFQ number confirms recording in the system, not technical approval or acceptance of an order.
3. Introductions and timing
We may request clarification, propose suppliers or decline incomplete or unsuitable requests. Full documentation and contact details go only to the agreed recipients. Manufacturers usually prepare quotes within 48 hours of receiving a complete standard enquiry; complexity and availability can extend this. Exact quote, production and delivery dates require supplier confirmation.
4. Direct supplier contracts
Buyer and manufacturer agree final specification, measurements, destination-market compliance, price, taxes, payment, packaging, transport, unloading, warranty and claims directly. Our sourcing service covers supply without installation. Any installation or local service needs a separate agreement with the relevant company. Fendeal does not accept product-order payments or charge an order commission.
5. Manufacturer participation and fees
An application does not guarantee enquiries. Manufacturers may pay for access to enquiries under separately agreed terms covering scope, duplicates and settlement. No online payment is collected here; fees and obligations require a separate agreement.
6. Brands, information and performance
System names and logos identify product preferences and do not indicate official representation or partnership with the brand owner. Availability, documentation, performance and suitability require confirmation for the actual product and configuration. Enquiry requirements and customer outcomes do not guarantee identical results for another project.
7. Technical requirements and use
Use a current browser with JavaScript and internet access. The RFQ form displays supported file formats and limits. Do not submit unlawful content, malicious files, unrelated third-party data or documents you cannot disclose. Access may be restricted for misuse, maintenance or security.
8. Service complaints
Send service questions or complaints to kontakt@inlead.pl with a description and enquiry reference where available. We reply without undue delay and aim to resolve service complaints within 14 days. Product defects, supply delivery and payment claims belong with the contracting manufacturer.
9. Law and changes
These terms govern the Fendeal introduction service. Separate commercial agreements take precedence for their subject matter. Polish law applies subject to mandatory applicable provisions. Updates are published here and do not retrospectively change separate contracts. Personal data is handled under the Privacy policy.
